Job Description:

• Need to work in PLC & HMI  Programming as per Customer Requirements.
• Understand the application & Deliver the Output within the duration of the Project.

• Understand the Existing Program & Modification as per requirement

• Interface with 3rd Party Devices like Robots, Barcode Printer & Scanner, Vision Sensors, RFID, LVDT, Loadcell, Laser Marking Machines Etc.

• IO Preparation, Offline Programming, Simulation Tryout & On-Site Tryout, Production Support if Required

• Communication through RS232, RS485, CC-Link, Ethernet, SSCNET, Modbus, Profibus, Analog Programming

• Servo, VFD, MES Data Programming

• Online Support @ Critical Situation

Required Skill Sets:

• Hands-on experience in any One PLC & HMI Like Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, AB, LS, Delta Etc.

• Strong Troubleshooting Skills and online Program Modification experience.

• Servo Programming Experience, MES, Ethernet, Profibus, and Modbus Communication will be an added advantage

• Attitude to Work effectively as an individual & in a team environment and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Visit the Site to understand the application & provide a Technical Solution

• Willing to travel for site commissioning activities depending on the project requirements

• Need to work on-site across Chennai.
